Price and Availability

Woodhorn Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast rates are normally £75 per room for weekdays and £80 per room per night at weekends, or £150 for both weekend nights. The rate includes breakfast and a hospitality tray and kettle in the room for making yourself hot drinks. Rates rise when there are events on at Goodwood and other special venues. B&B Booking

About booking and how to book.

We don’t normally take one night bookings for bank holiday weekends. Single occupancy of a double room between April & October, any weekend or bank holiday period is charged at full room rate.

Because of both business and family commitments, we request that guests give us an estimated indication of arrival time, which should be at a pre- arranged time ideally between 5pm and 8pm. We also ask that you normally leave the house by 10am the next morning unless otherwise agreed.

Booking is confirmed with a receipt of a cheque or transfer for 50% of the cost of your visit.
